• Representing ownership in the interior design process internally and externally
• Safeguard owner’s design intent & budget 
• Lead creative concept with inside & outside teams 
• Qualify design consultants 
• Review consultant’s contracts & invoices  
• Represent ownership at project consultant coordination meetings.  
• Review Specifications and coordinate with Procurement
• Provide progress reports to ownership
• Build preliminary budgets for FF&E  
• Project Definition
• Interiors Programming and Pre-design
• Schematic Design
• Review for Design Development Packages
• Development Project Action Plans, Schedules, Estimates, Drawings, and Specifications
